bout the Role: We're seeking a Project Controls Manager (Business Improvement Manager ) to drive efficiency and innovation across our construction management projects in North America. In this role, you'll optimize processes, lead lean initiatives, and enhance project controls-ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery for corporate offices, refineries, and other key sites. What You'll Do:
nalyze & Improve - Evaluate business processes to boost productivity, cut costs, and enhance service delivery. Train & Mentor - Develop and deliver operations training while coaching teams on lean methodologies. Oversee Project Controls - Monitor cost planning, estimating, scheduling, and project performance. Lead Change - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement engineered labor standards. Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work with operations managers to embed best practices across sites.

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).5+ years in Project Controls or Construction Management (with 3+ years in leadership).Strong background in cost planning, estimating, scheduling, and project administration. Experience training teams in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement.bility to nalyze data, optimize workflows, and drive measurable results.
