Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 05/03/2027 Shift: 24-hour day shifts (07 00), combination of weekdays and weekends (preference for weekends; Fri Sun) Scheduled Shifts: Approximately 21 shifts per month, including open shifts on 11/9, 11/10, 11/12, 11/16, 11/23, 12/14, 12/15, 12/17, 12/21, 12/30 Hours/Week: Variable, based on shifts Employment Type: Temporary contract Licenses/Certifications: MD/DO, Board Certified, Wisconsin License or IMLC accepted, BLS, ACLS, NRP Experience: 1-2 years preferred in obstetrics, with routine labor management, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, postpartum rounding, and emergency gynecologic consults Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $2535.00 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout assignment What You ll Do Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care, including routine labor and delivery management Perform cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries Conduct postpartum rounds and emergency gynecologic consultations Support staff collaboration across multiple sites including Janesville, Monroe Clinic, and others Support patients with limited high-risk obstetrics, including transfers for less than 36 weeks Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient records Participate in on-call responsibilities and emergency situations as needed What You Need Valid MD/DO license, current Board Certification in OB-GYN 1-2 years of obstetric experience preferred Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP Willingness to cross cover multiple sites in WI, including Janesville and Monroe Knowledge of labor management, cesarean procedures, and postpartum care Ability to work 24-hour shifts and adapt to variable schedules About the Assignment This hospital-based OB-GYN role is based at a leading facility in Janesville, WI, supporting routine obstetric and gynecologic services with limited high-risk cases.
