In-Home Care RN (PRN/Per Diem) — Compassionate, Hands-On

Live Well Home Care is seeking a Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate start of care, re-certification, discharge, and resumption of care while providing direct patient care in home settings across Mississippi. The role requires an RN in Mississippi with at least 2 years of home care experience, strong communication, and familiarity with policy and regulations; background checks and driving history must be clear. Work is in-person with mileage reimbursement offered.
