Employment Type: Full‑time
Salary: $173,033 to $192,259 per year
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate legal advice and counsel to claims team professionals on aspects of claims handling for the various product lines offered by the company, including file conferences. Analyze and provide legal advice on coverage and related issues that arise during the course of administering claims filed by insureds, including drafting of Reservations of Rights and other correspondence as requested. Provide strategic advice and guidance on aspects of claim investigation, including direct legal oversight of external investigative resources.
