Job Description:
We are hiring a Front Desk Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers. Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related documentation. Assist walk-in customers with material selection and provide detailed product information.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. Must have experience in the stone, tile, or countertop industry. Strong ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Positive, professional demeanor. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am - 2:00pm)
