Build electromechanical assemblies from sketchesBuild, solder, modify, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) that contain fine-pitch partsBuild cable assembliesPerform testing of electrical circuitsBuild mechanical assemblies from sketchesPerform minor rework of machine partsWork with minimum supervisionPosition Requirements: Working knowledge of basic electronicsAble to use hand and power toolsAble to perform work using a microscopeGood soldering techniques for TH, SMT, and fine-pitch partsExperience Required 3+ yearsAbility to maintain high motivation with minimal supervisionAvailable to meet employers timeline and work within business policiesPay Rate: $30 - 33 / Hour - Depending on Experience Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month.
