We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. Job Purpose and ImpactThe Settlement Specialist will support customer payments on a timely and accurate basis. In this role you will also help with moderately complex clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Support development and maintenance systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to payments and inventory management.
  • Provide straightforward administrative support in executing customer focused strategies.
  • Contribute to validate, communicate and coordinate customer focused strategies.
  • Perform administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a strong understanding of customer focused practices and procedures.
  • Handle moderately complex administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain basic proficiency with spreadsheets, business systems, and digital tools required to perform daily job responsibilities
  • Collaborate & support job families through complex issues & inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
