Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate enjoys relationship-focused work and is interested in having couples as a meaningful part of their caseload.
Experience or interest in one or more of the following is especially welcome:
Couples and relationship therapy
Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)
Infidelity and betrayal trauma
Sex and intimacy concerns
Discernment counseling
LGBTQ+ couples
Premarital counseling
Divorce and relationship transitions
Trauma-informed therapy
Candidates donotneed expertise in all of these areas. We are especially interested in finding a clinician whose interests, personality, and areas of expertise complement our existing practice.
Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Current Wisconsin mental health license appropriate for clinical practice
Professional liability insurance
Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, evidence-informed care
Interest in couples and relationship therapy
Ability to work independently while also valuing professional collaboration

Employment arrangement: Independent Contractor (1099)
Start date: November 1, 2026
Schedule:
Flexible; to be determined collaboratively
Caseload: To be discussed based on clinician availability and practice needs
Compensation:
