Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
  • Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs
  • Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations
  • Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes
  • Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMRSupporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (in-office role)
Compensation: negotiable, based on experience

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Must be an experienced home health scheduler
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Previous use of Kinnser / Wellsky in a home health scheduling role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
