CV Resources is partnering with a property service management company in Brentwood, TN in search for a Project Accounting Manager to join their team. Candidate must have strong Experience with project/construction accounting (AIA billings, WIP, liens, etc.). Experience with revenue recognition and any supervisory experience.
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel Skills 5+ years of experience in Project accounting including AIA Billing, Collections, Supplier and Vendor Lien waiver collection and management, Etc Experience with Percentage of completion accounting and/or preparation of Work In Process Schedules Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting or directly related field Aptitude or preparedness for middle management and supervising others while still performing day to day duties in Project AccountingA self starter prepared to ask questions and find solutions based on clear but general directions.
