Position Title: Facilities & Maintenance Helper Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility. * Maintain clean and organized work areas, offices, break rooms, and common areas. * Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep. * Help move, organize, and dispose of materials as needed. * Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed. * Report maintenance, safety, or facility issues to management. * Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. * Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. * Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. * Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending. * Previous cleaning, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. * Must be willing to work onsite and assist with a variety of facility-related tasks How to Apply Submit your and select Houston North as your office.
