Who you are:
The Vice President will play a critical leadership role in executing transactions and managing client relationships. This individual combines strong technical investment banking expertise with a high-touch, client-centric approach. The ideal Vice President brings experience working in one or more of our target verticals. This candidate is intellectually curious, highly accountable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of M&A transactions in partnership with Managing Directors and Partners
Manage the development of client-facing marketing materials, including pitch books and confidential information memoranda
Build and oversee complex financial models and valuation analyses
Analyze financial statements and perform accounting and operational due diligence
Conduct industry research and company-specific analysis to support transaction strategy
Serve as a primary point of contact for client management teams and investor counterparties
Coordinate diligence processes with third-party advisors, including accountants, attorneys, and consultants
Drive and support business development initiatives, including sourcing and pitching new opportunities
Oversee deal timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure successful transaction execution
Mentor, manage, and develop junior banking team members
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.
7-10 years of direct transaction experience in M&A / private equity or related fields of accounting, finance, transaction services and commercial lending
Currently hold FINRA SIE, Series 63 and Series 82 or 79
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and inspire colleagues and direct reports
