Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Overview In this role, you will build reliable, maintainable applications and interfaces that simplify interactions with the health care system for members and providers. As a senior fullstack engineer, you’ll work on a broad set of projects with cross-functional partners to impact millions of members. You will lead technical initiatives, drive scalable solutions, and mentor through your hands-on contributions. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental, and vision benefits 11 paid holidayspaid sick timepaid parental leave 401(k) plan participationlife and disability insurance','paid wellness time and reimbursements Responsibilities Become the expert on your team’s business and technical domains Lead planning, execution and release of complex technical projects Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve challenging problems Improve technology and apply best practices with other engineers Implement step-wise migrations of existing services and applications Own small to medium features or infrastructure projects from design to completion with minimal guidance Independent contributor to the team and work across the codebase with guidance from owners Maintain steady, well-paced progress with limited need for frequent senior feedback Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assigned Key requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with various technologies Proven ability to propose, experiment with, and iterate on new technologies or data structures Experience building fault-tolerant, scalable software systems Strong understanding of CS concepts and practical application within a team Consistently writes stable, correct, maintainable code with minimal oversight Bonus: experience with Typescript, Javascript, Python, and/or Golang; consumer-facing products at scale; health tech experience Collaborative mindset Cross-functional communication Problem-solving orientation Typescript Javascript Python
