Hands-on experience managing large-scale mobile environments using MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE and Intune, including deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal staff and external vendors, and provide clear status reporting to management and stakeholders. Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring device security (encryption, antivirus), and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
