Overview
In this role you will design and deliver leadership programs spanning first-time managers to senior leaders, shaping a scalable pipeline of future leaders. You’ll blend content creation, facilitation, and program management to launch programs from the ground up within a collaborative HR team. You will partner with HR and stakeholders to tailor development initiatives to business needs and drive measurable leadership capability. Responsibilities Design and develop curriculum, materials, and learning experiences within a strategic framework Deliver post-promotion cohort programs for newly promoted senior leaders Create and run a pre-management pipeline curriculum for high-potential ICs transitioning to management Facilitate ongoing manager development for experienced leaders Maintain and expand the leadership self-service toolkit Facilitate readback and development conversations using tools like Hogan Manage external vendor relationships related to leadership content Partner with HR Business Partners to tailor programs to business-unit needs Manage programs operationally via LMS (scheduling, reporting, engagement tracking)Handle additional responsibilities as requested
Key requirements 9–12 years of professional experience in learning and development 5 years of end-to-end design and delivery of management/leadership development programs Strong instructional design and facilitation skills with direct delivery to manager/senior-leader audiences Experience building programs in ambiguous, early-stage settings Strong consulting mindset with ability to synthesize strategy, data, and stakeholder input Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders Solid LMS experience; Workday Learning preferred Knowledge of adult learning theory and competency-based design Experience managing external vendors Ability to work across multiple time zones Willingness to come into the office a minimum of two days a weekcommunicationrelationship-buildingfacilitationLMSWorkday Learning Hogan Assessment
