Cinema Guest Experience Specialist

Kinepolis is seeking a friendly Cast Member to enhance the guest experience across cinema operations. You will greet guests, answer questions about movies, promotions, and loyalty programs, and help enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit. In this role you will assist at the box office, concessions, and usher duties as needed, handling tickets and payments, preparing items, keeping areas clean, and helping manage seating and crowd flow during busy showtimes.
