We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with experience leading construction and renovation projects; who has an eye for compliance, budgeting, and staff supervision. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture required; Three years construction or project management experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity Manage assigned construction, renovation, remodel and retrofit projects; conduct physical site inspections and prepare analysis of physical conditions; research issues including site conditions, relocation issues, accessibility and others. Coordinate and supervise the management of construction projects including means and methods, material specifications, drawings, schedules and estimates. Prepare applications for funding; prepare RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs for consultant and professional contracts and services related to construction projects; Manage and assist in the selection of professionals; Develop cost estimates and project budgets and schedules for construction activities; analyze, approve and control pay requests and change orders from contractors and consultants.assist as needed in the formulation and development of policies, procedures and programs Coordinate construction work with various regulatory agencies, authorities and code compliance agencies
