About the role

Key Responsibilities: Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems Integrate new manufacturing and packaging equipment into existing control systems Troubleshoot controls, instrumentation, and equipment issues to minimize downtime Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, startups, and equipment upgrades Drive controls standardization and automation improvements across facilities Develop production data collection and reporting solutions Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, OEMs, and system integrators Support automation initiatives for capital projects and facility expansions
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Controls, Mechatronics, or related field 6+ years of industrial automation experience Hands‑on Allen‑Bradley/Rockwell PLC programming experience Experience with FactoryTalk, Ignition, or similar HMI/SCADA platforms Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills Experience with automated manufacturing or packaging equipment Ability to travel 50%+ across the U.S.
Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000 Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance 401(k) offering Paid time off and holidays (120 hours PTO) Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
