Job Description As a Security Operations Center in Madison, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Operations Center Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and access activity, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will maintain accurate records, communicate professionally with team members and visitors, and help promote a secure environment through attentive dispatch operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day Time Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor dispatch communications, alarm notifications, access control activity, and other security-related systems; document and route calls, requests, and incidents to appropriate personnel. Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to onsite personnel, management, and emergency responders as needed. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and activity records in accordance with site-specific procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Possess a college degree. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have access control and badge experience, preferred. Have alarm panel experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
