Instructional Designer

Requirements: 8 years of learning and development instructional design experience Bachelor's degree and/or certifications in learning & development, instructional design, or related field Extensive experience in instructional design methodologies Proficiency in tools including Microsoft Office suite, eLearning authoring tools, and Learning Management Systems Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and how to apply these to traditional and new learning modalities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in content writing, ability to map objectives with learning content, and completing full instructional design analysis and associated deliverable documentation Experience in designing and providing recommendations on full training programs with multiple modalities including Instructor Led, virtual training, eLearning, podcasting, video solutions, and other interactive media.
