Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed
- Support patients with mobility issues, such as walking, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including disposing of trash, restocking supplies, and reporting any hazards
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Certified Nurse Aid (CNA)
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Pennyslyvania
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
