Role Description: This part-time hybrid role is based in Miami, FL, with a combination of on-site work at trunk shows and some work from home for designated tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations that align with their preferences. The role involves conducting retail sales transactions, maintaining a clean and organized sales area, and ensuring that displays and inventory are presented accurately and attractively. The team member will handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and communicate promotions or product features clearly and professionally. Additional responsibilities may include recording customer feedback, supporting online or phone-based sales activities, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to support in-store and hybrid selling activities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and the ability to learn and explain features and benefits clearly.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills focused on listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive experience.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
  • Reliable time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort with basic point-of-sale systems and common digital tools used in retail environments.
