Duties and Responsibilities: Attend all tech scheduling meetings Learn proper use and maintenance of equipment Set up, run, and strike all events in the Lion's Pause and events using Pause equipment Work shifts as determined in scheduling meetings Work one band practice slot per week (per availability)Observe all tech related bylaws and policy guidelines Continue to hone tech skills throughout the year by coming to tech manager office hours, working shifts, and practicing during band slots or on own time Maintain communication with the tech managers regarding equipment, environmental, interpersonal, or other concerns

Qualifications: Must have a work award Must have a demonstrated interest in working with tech equipment to bring about professional quality live events Must have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in high pressure situations. Physical and Environmental Factors: This position requires lifting and carrying objects up to 20 lbs. and operating equipment or machinery to perform the essential functions. It also requires exposure to loud noise and heights or cramped quarters to perform the essential functions.
