Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse patient panel (Ages 14+ for Family Medicine) Provide traditional primary care services, including Women's Health (well-woman exams, pap smears, etc.). Supervise and collaborate with 1-2 Physician Assistants to ensure cohesive team-based care. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Utilize Virtual Assistant support provided throughout the day to streamline workflows and enhance work-life balance. Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Family Medicine Preference for at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting, though strong new graduates are encouraged to apply. Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one. A strong collaborative mindset and comfortability with mid-level supervision.
