About the role

To enhance operational efficiency and financial performance, the full-time remote Director of Resource Optimization will develop and implement strategies for optimizing the global workforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements across the organization.
Key responsibilities: Develop and implement an enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy focused on labor efficiency and productivity improvement Establish scalable methodologies and frameworks to enhance workforce effectiveness and operational performance Leverage data and technology to identify opportunities for capacity optimization and improve delivery outcomes
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization or business transformation, including 5 years advising large organizations on workforce strategy Demonstrated success in designing and leading structured labor optimization programs with measurable outcomes Deep expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency and productivity improvement Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across various business functions
