Remote Leadership Development & Sales Training Manager

Heartflow is seeking a Manager, Leadership Development & Sales Training to design and facilitate a new leadership development track for its sales team. The role focuses on original content creation, hands-on coaching, onboarding, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration with Sales and Commercial partners. In this remote role, you will build learning experiences for leaders, run sessions virtually and in person, and ensure content aligns with business goals. Travel up to 25% across the U.S.
