Senior Research Analyst

Key responsibilities: Independently lead end-to-end research studies, including literature review, study design, and dissemination of findings Write and maintain data analysis code for data processing and analysis, along with corresponding documentation Collaborate with various teams to drive project success and communicate research findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications: Master's degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health services research, data science, or related quantitative discipline 3+ years of experience with statistical programming in R and/or Python, particularly in health sciences 3+ years of experience in scientific writing and developing research publications 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating findings effectively Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality projects under tight deadlines
