About the role

Job Description: Elevation Staffing Solutions connects home health agencies with PTs and PTAs. We’re adding PTAs to cover follow-up visits for agencies we work with, and we’re looking for licensed PTAs who want flexible, per-visit work.
What you’ll do:
  • Treat patients at home on follow-up visits, under the agency’s plan of care and PT supervision
  • Document visits
  • Accept the referrals that fit your schedule and area
  • Pay and schedule
  • Independent contractor (1099), paid per visit
  • You choose which referrals to accept and set your own schedule
  • Referral volume is growing across our agency partners
Requirements:
  • Active California PTA license in good standingCPR/BLSReliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Business license, since this is a contractor role (we’ll help you get set up)TB test and physical on file
Areas we need coverage inWalnut, Diamond Bar, West Covina, Covina, Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, Glendora, Azusa, San Dimas, Duarte, Baldwin Park, Pomona, El Monte, La Puente, Monrovia, Arcadia, Temple City, and San Gabriel.
