About the role

Leading a multidisciplinary team in a remote environment, the full-time Manager, Instruction and Program Design will design and build online courses while managing program/project operations, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for adult learners.
Key responsibilities: Lead the instruction and learner support workplan, maintaining project timelines and facilitating key meetings Design and build online courses, ensuring alignment with competencies and accessibility standards Partner with subject matter experts to manage course builds, providing feedback and ensuring timely delivery
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in higher education or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in instructional or learning design with a portfolio of built courses Experience managing teams or leading projects in an educational setting Strong technical fluency with learning management systems and instructional design tools Highly organized with strong project management skills and comfortable in a start-up environment
