Commercial Counsel — Remote, Fast-Paced Deals

Superior Group of Companies is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team remotely in the United States. This role focuses roughly 70% on commercial contracting and 30% on compliance, policy, research, and training, with most work supporting BAMKO and some corporate work. You will draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of agreements, support sales and finance teams, and help implement contract management tools while applying US and international law across multiple jurisdictions.
