Overview
In this role you drive integrated portfolio marketing initiatives to elevate visibility and generate pipeline. You work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure campaigns across digital and events, aligning with service-line growth priorities. You’ll manage campaigns, budgets, and assets, while coordinating with events, BD, and practice teams to keep initiatives on track. This is a remote-friendly position with opportunities to shape marketing programs for a leading professional services firm.

Responsibilities Support execution of integrated portfolio marketing programs (market research, digital marketing, sponsorships, events, content, referral campaigns) to boost visibility and pipeline Maintain campaign plans, timelines, calendars, and trackers (e.g., Monday.com) for visibility and accountability across teams Coordinate content, list management, advertising, PR, and digital marketing initiatives with internal teams and external vendors Collaborate with events team to coordinate webinars, trade shows, sponsorships, and hosted events; track follow-up and update CRM lists Monitor progress, risks, next steps, and stakeholder responsibilities; report status against objectives Support internal marketing by engaging industry and service line teams; drive engagement on social media and at events Coordinate review/approval processes for marketing collateral and webpages; manage assets in the DAM system (sell sheets, datasheets, case studies, etc.)Support contract management, invoicing, budget tracking, CRM updates, DAM maintenance, and campaign performance reporting
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2+ years of professional services experience; accounting, law, or consulting preferred Understanding of B2B marketing; experience in professional services marketing preferred Strong project coordination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks with stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication; team player Advanced Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Automation, webinar platforms, and Marketing Project Management tools (e.g., Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, On 24)Copilot or other LLM experience is a plus Willingness to leverage LLMs in workflowscollaborationstrong communicationproblem-solving Monday.comCRM platforms Microsoft Teams
