Claims Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to claims adjusters, ensuring timely and accurate intake and assignment of commercial claims — primarily workers' compensation. Manage the full claims intake lifecycle — setting up, updating, and assigning new workers' compensation claims in the database, screening/routing calls, and coordinating with brokers, claimants, and insureds. Support claims investigation and processing — gathering technical information, determining coverage and adjuster assignment, and handling correspondence, filing, and check mailing Juggle a fast-paced, detail-driven workload, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines with strong accuracy

Requirements: At least 1 year of insurance experience, must have experience with workers' compensation. A high school diploma or equivalent Fluent, clear communication skills — verbal and written English required Strong time management and prioritization skills across multiple tasks and deadlines Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse range of people Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Pay is based on candidate experience and geographic location.
