Training & Development Manager - Content Developer

Overview You will lead the design, development, and governance of Fluence’s onboarding and continuous learning programs. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll blend instructional design with hands-on LMS administration and video content production. You’ll ensure accessible, current training content and reliable LMS operations. This role offers impact across the organization as Fluence scales its learning capabilities to support a sustainable energy future. Responsibilities Design and maintain onboarding and continuous learning content Modularize training for multiple roles within the LMSUpdate and manage Lightning Share Point content Create engaging e-learning modules with Articulate 360 Rise Administer the LMS (user management, courses, permissions) and generate completion/compliance reports Facilitate live/virtual training sessions as needed Create and maintain SOPs using Scribe and integrate into training materials Produce and edit training videos using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with business needs Manage scheduling for virtual trainings via Microsoft Teams and Outlook Key requirements 3-5 years in instructional design & content development Articulate 360 Rise experienceLMS administration experience (Absorb preferred)Facilitation experience for live/virtual trainingSOP creation using Scribe or similar Video production with Synthesia and Adobe Premiere Content management on Share Point or similar Strong written and verbal communication Project management and ability to handle multiple content projects Attention to detail Clear communication and facilitation Collaboration across cross-functional teams Articulate 360 Rise Absorb LMSSynthesia
