To support the IP operations team, the full-time temporary California Licensed Trust and Safety Analyst will process operational queues, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis while working remotely during regular business hours.
Key responsibilities:
Process IP operations queues according to documented SOPs and policy guidelines
Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
Perform root cause analysis on errors and trends, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations or content moderation
2+ years of experience in integrity/IP enforcement or a comparable operational program management role
Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs while exercising judgment on nuanced cases
Experience with escalation handling and operational reporting
