Real Estate Development Accountant - Top Developer We have an immediate need for a Real Estate Accountant in Atlanta, GA - Sandy Springs area. This is a permanent opportunity with a stable growing construction company.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience Bachelors in Accounting is REQUIREDExperience in Real Estate or Property Accounting is REQUIREDExperience with Yardi software is REQUIREDAbility to analyze financial packages and monthly reconciliations Experience with Timberline is a plus, but not required Salary is $70K-$80K.
