About the role

CRNA
Location: IN
Schedule: Per diem dates (as documented); no call; 6-hour daily guarantee (negotiable)
Position Overview:
  • Provide anesthesia coverage in an ambulatory surgery center settingCRNA-only practice model
  • Clinical Scope Highlights
  • Case types include pain management, ENT, orthopedics, endoscopy, and general surgery
  • Regional block experience required
  • Average 4-6 cases per provider per day; 2 rooms
  • Patient ages: 6 months to 100 (healthy)
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Indiana license
  • Board CertifiedACLS, BLS, PALSMinimum 1 year experience
  • Credentialing / Onboarding Items
  • Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks (as documented)
