Base pay range$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Our client, a proprietary trading firm in downtown Chicago, is looking for a motivated individual to work in our Chicago office as part of their DevOps team. This role will handle L1 thru L3 level support of service requests/incidents in a professional and timely manner. Customer service and production support are the most important aspects of this role. This role requires the candidate to be local to Chicago as they will need to visit the office approximately once per week.

Responsibilities: ● Monitoring and alerting of critical trading system environments ● Proactive identification and resolution of production issues ● Development of tools and driving efficiency/stability improvements/ automation with scripting ● Troubleshooting and resolution of complex systems issues ● Production Deployments of all infrastructure components ● Off hours pager support on a rotating schedule
