Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support cloud cost management / Fin Ops software for the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, reporting, cloud computing, Fin Ops, BI tools, and cloud cost optimization, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities: Take a lead role in supporting cloud cost management software for the Federal Reserve Board Onboard new users and create widgets, dashboards, and reports Prepare technical documentation and user guides Compare and validate datasets to ensure data consistency and accuracy Develop presentations and reports as required Collaborate with cross-functional and highly technical teams Required Knowledge Strong foundation in cloud computing concepts and terminology Understanding of AWS cloud services preferred Knowledge of Fin Ops / cloud cost management principles Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and best practices Experience with IBM Cloudability or similar Fin Ops tools Knowledge of scripting tools/languages is a plus

Required Skills: Strong experience creating and analyzing data visualizations, charts, and pivot tables using Excel / Power BIWorking knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Ability to manipulate, analyze, and validate large datasets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong collaboration skills with technical and business teams Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Required Experience 15+ years of overall professional experience Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting Experience and/or certification in cloud computing environments, preferably AWSPrior experience with Fin Ops tools and cloud cost optimization Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Experience Is REQUIREDU.S. Citizenship is REQUIREDEDUCATIONBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience; 15+ years overall experience required
