Role: Senior Manager, Analytics supporting Amylyx's commercial team, focusing on delivering insights from claims and secondary data, patient services, and market access analytics.
Responsibilities lead analytics efforts to assess patient journeys, treatment trends, and business performance;
develop dashboards aligned with leadership KPIs;
support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analyses;
collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Management, IT, Market Access, and Commercial Ops;
translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders;
maintain an analytics roadmap and ensure data quality and governance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in business, economics, statistics, or related field;
5+ years in healthcare or pharma analytics, with hands-on experience analyzing claims and secondary data;
proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools, and pharmaceutical data sources;
strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred experience with sales, patient access, reimbursement, or market access analytics;
advanced degree is a plus.
High Value: commercial analytics, claims data analysis, patient services, market access, dashboards, healthcare/biopharma focus.
Work Setup: remote within the US with travel to Cambridge, MA several times yearly; travel restrictions apply in certain states.
