Afterschool Curriculum Lead & Coach

The Northeast Bronx YMCA is seeking a Content Specialist responsible for selecting and managing curricula for multiple COMPASS programs. You will oversee implementation, coach staff, and contribute to program quality under the Program Director's supervision. Ideal candidates hold a BA in Education or related field (Master’s preferred) with at least two years’ experience with children and one year in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
