SAI360 is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content & Website Coordinator to support the marketing team across content operations, project coordination, and website management. This role will work closely with the Content Manager and Digital Marketing team to keep content projects organized and moving forward, coordinate reviews and approvals across teams, manage content calendars, and assist with publishing and maintaining website content. The ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator who is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders, and able to follow established processes while keeping projects on track. What you'll bring to the table: Prior experience in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space is a major plus. Candidates with experience in GRC, enterprise risk, compliance, audit, or related B2B SaaS environments are strongly preferred. Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Hands-on Word Press experience is required. Experience using a project management platform such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Click Up, Trello, or similar. Wrike experience is strongly preferred. Experience using a social media management platform such as Hub Spot, or similar. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and keep projects moving without requiring constant direction. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global marketing team. Ability to follow established processes consistently and identify opportunities to improve them. Basic understanding of digital content and website publishing workflows. Experience supporting a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing organization is a plus. Experience managing content and social media calendars or editorial workflows is a plus. Experience working with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or website teams is a plus. Basic understanding of SEO and website content best practices is a plus. Experience maintaining website content repositories or digital asset libraries is a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital marketing tools is a plus. Prior experience with Linked In and You Tube is a plus. In the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is €2,000 - €2,333 gross per month, plus the opportunity for a bonus. This salary may vary based on location and experience.
