About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Reliability Manager II to lead a maintenance organization at our plant. You will partner with the Plant Manager to drive reliability, safety, and cost efficiency, developing the team and implementing preventive and predictive programs. The role requires a multi-disciplined maintenance background, PLC/VFD/Allen-Bradley expertise, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to manage contractors. On-site, standard hours with flexibility to support operations.
