Sales Manager - Precious Metals, Numismatics & Collectible Coins

Key Responsibilities: Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities Promote and sell precious metal products, minting capacity, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions programs Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interests and objectives Source and promote licensed precious metal coin and medallion programs to prospective customers Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM / Group Sales funnel system Support the internal product development group Stay current on market trends, product releases, and industry developments Qualifications 4-year degree plus 3 years related sales experience (preferred) Proven success in sales, business development, or account management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset. Experience in precious metals, collectibles, luxury goods, financial services, or a related industry is preferred. Knowledge of numismatics and coin collecting is an asset.
