Overview As Practice Lead for AWS, you guide customers in leveraging open-source databases on AWS and closely related services to maximize performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. You act as a senior, hands-on architect and advisor, aligning AWS solutions with customer outcomes while maintaining independence when self-managed or Percona options are a better fit. You influence internal teams, drive AWS-focused growth, and elevate Percona’s presence in the AWS/open-source space.
