Job Title: Manager, Customer IncentivesLocation: Plymouth, MN Direct Hire / Full-TimeSummary:The Manager, Customer Incentives is responsible for leading a team of Incentive Analysts and ensuring customers maximize available utility, state, and federal incentives for energy efficiency projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management experience, expertise in utility incentive programs, financial analysis, project economics, and process improvement. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, utility representatives, and customers to improve incentive outcomes, drive operational efficiency, and support team development. Required / Mandatory Skills:2+ years of direct people management experience Experience conducting performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and employee development Strong experience in utility incentive programs, energy incentives, rebates, grants, or related energy industry programs Experience within the energy industry and/or utility sector Strong financial analysis skills including ROI, customer payback, and project economics Experience reviewing, validating, and supporting financial models Process improvement and operational management experience Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience managing reporting, forecasting, tracking, and workload prioritization Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Qualification:Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of management experience preferred Experience working with utility incentive program groups or energy efficiency programs is required Proven success in a fast-paced and evolving business environment Experience building customer and partner relationships Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Ability to travel up to 10%
