Remote Senior Claims Counsel - Insurance Litigation

Trans Eleven Claims Managers (TCM) seeks a qualified attorney for the Senior Claims Counsel role to manage a high-volume portfolio across professional and general liability matters. The position is 100% remote after initial training at our corporate offices in Allen, TX, with residency allowed anywhere in the United States. You will oversee claims administration and litigation management, including retaining outside counsel, negotiations, mediations, and reporting.
