Job Description: The Impact You'll Make You will play a key role in shaping how our manufacturing and distribution processes perform every day. By turning data and real-world observations into meaningful improvements, you will help create a more efficient, responsive, and sustainable operation. In this role, your work will directly reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance quality - impacting both our customers and colleagues on the shop floor. You will empower teams to adopt practical lean methods that make daily work smoother, safer, and more effective. What You'll Be Doing: Analyze manufacturing and warehouse processes toidentifywaste and unlock productivity, quality, and flow improvements Facilitate kaizen events and improvement workshops to engage teams and deliver measurable results Develop clear project plans, dashboards, and visual tools that support decision-making and sustain improvements Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance tooptimizeend-to-end processes Coach teams on lean principles and daily management practices to build capability and long-term ownership
