In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible not only for recruiting and scheduling but also for managing caregivers to ensure they feel supported, appreciated, and aligned with our client care standards. Key Responsibilities Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding Create and manage job postings on platforms like Indeed and others Review resumes and applications; conduct caregiver interviews Collect required documentation and build detailed caregiver profiles Ensure all new hires meet compliance and care standards Caregiver Management & Support Build strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication Provide ongoing support to ensure caregivers feel valued and successful Address performance concerns, provide feedback, and encourage professional development Promote a positive, team-oriented environment across the caregiver workforce Scheduling & Coordination Match caregivers to clients based on experience, personality, preferences, and availability Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules to ensure consistent and high-quality care Fill open shifts and adapt to last-minute changes as needed Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care After-Hours On-Call (Management Only) Participate in an on-call rotation with the Director for emergency support Handle urgent scheduling needs or client concerns outside of regular business hours
