Massage Heights - Vegas-South Pointe is seeking a Retreat Director to lead daily retreat operations, drive membership growth, and develop a high-performing team. This role reports to the franchise owner and focuses on guest experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will manage recruiting, scheduling, and training while collaborating on revenue strategies and corporate initiatives. Weekend/evening availability is required for full-time commitments.
