YAI in the Hudson Valley region seeks a regional investigator to lead incident investigations, collect information from multiple sources, ensure timely completion, and submit comprehensive reports for review by the Incident Review Committee.
You will monitor IRMA daily, coordinate with programs, train staff on incident management and mandated reporting, present data on trends at leadership meetings, and support the IRC and OPWDD regulatory compliance.
